iAdjust
The award winning iAdjust system is a fully web-based application used by ClaimsPro and its clients to manage claim information. The iAdjust system offers real-time access to the claim file: loss classification details, reserve and transaction history, adjuster notes, photos, and adjuster reports. iAdjust provides:

iForensic
FIC’s proprietary online software system 'iForensic' enables their clients to track their file progress in real time — 24/7. Clients are provided with a secure login to the web-based system, through which they can access their files, read operative reports, and make informed and effective decisions, steering the investigation with constant updates. FIC investigators also benefit from iForensic: logging in to update their progress on an as-needed basis. This comprehensive team effort substantially improves results and enhances performance, ensuring a seamless flow of up-to-the-minute information for clients and investigators alike.


Risk Register
Risk Register is an application used to manage organizational risks by identifying, analyzing, evaluating and treating risks. Risk Register provides:
  • A tool for managing and reducing risk before and during projects, or for ongoing operational risks
  • Documentation of the likelihood and consequences of identified risks, and easy monitoring of any high risks to reduce likelihood and/or consequences
  • Assistance in identifying mitigation actions and the means by which those actions may be evaluated by cost and effectiveness, and the monitoring of those actions until completed.
  • Evidence for interested parties such as project owner, senior management, steering committee, that a valid risk management framework is in place to reduce project or organizational exposures.
  • A mechanism to easily communicate risk management issues and seek involvement and action by people who are best able to reduce the likelihood and/or consequences of risk.
