ClaimsPro is unique in that we create our own adjusting and claims management software internally. ClaimsPro provides Clients with immediate access to programs and system support personnel. We make available custom reporting of claims and loss prevention information through a powerful information system we call iAdjust. Clients can view claims information through a secure site called Client Data.

  • This will give the client risk department, broker and adjuster immediate notification of the claim and the claims response
  • This process also initiates a Claim File Information Hub, which connects to all related parties

Data Management
We provide security access to Client Data only to individuals designated by our Clients. Information and services available to Clients include:

  • general claims information
  • the ability to view or attach file notes
  • the ability to send instructions/notes to staff
  • reports
  • tools to create bordereaux
  • management reports

The iAdjust system allows our Clients to monitor the claims process interactively. This keeps the entire process current, efficient and accurate.
